BRASHER -- A Brasher Falls woman was charged with impaired driving Friday afternoon, according to state police.
Kimberly L. Lincoln, 36, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Her arrest status was not reported.
