Why is Potsdam allowing the “toilet art” lot to be used as a permanent “yard sale” site? They seem to be there all the time, so don’t they need to have a business license and pay taxes? It seems very dangerous to have it there where cars all of a sudden stop in the middle of the road trying to see if there’s something good to buy. If they are there all the time then they are no longer running a yard sale and are in fact running a business. Shut them down and take down the toilets.
