In response to “Threat Overblown,” you obviously were sleeping when the Columbine and Newtown (just to name two of several) shootings occurred. If you weren’t sleeping, perhaps you don’t have any school-aged children to be concerned about. Mr. Jenne did an excellent job ensuring his staff and students were safe. Everyday my son goes to school I worry about his safety because you never can predict when tragedy may occur. If I were a parent and I heard about that lunatic going into the school making threats such as he did and nothing was done about it, I would be irate. Our children’s safety is the number one priority, nothing these days can be taken lightly. Good job Mr. Jenne, you did what was right.
