Question: Why does Potsdam need such a large PD, and Canton has such a small PD? Potsdam is well covered by both colleges with their security forces. Canton on the other hand has only a 5 man force. Reduction in the Potsdam PD would sure save us a lot of tax dollars. Give this some thought and get back to common spending.
