It is -29 Jan. 22 and the “powers that be” have elected to keep the Potsdam School District open. Who makes that decision and how is it arrived at? There doesn’t seem to be any consistency in the decision making process, as the school has been closed for much less. I truly hope that it isn’t the same person who will be responsible for the decision to merge with Canton. I hate the idea of a Canton-Potsdam High School. Perhaps it is time to look for a school district where I can trust my children’s safety and won’t be taxed to death.
