In response to “$35m to go to Clarkson biotech partnership,” I wish the author would find out where in the state budget Gov. Cuomo found an extra $35 million. The state does not have enough money to finance public education (look at Canton and Potsdam), but Cuomo found $35 million to invest in two private companies. Another article I read said that this company was going to move to Floriday before this money appeared. I bet a lot of companies would like to relocate…where is their money, governor?
