After watching the video about four times and contemplating how this all came down, I cannot help but side with her. Did she sound obnoxious to me? Yes. Did she have a valid reason to not want to be held by police for any amount of time to get a police dog from who knows where? Absolutely! If one of your children gets stopped in the same manner and is going to a job interview and will be late if held up, and gets upset and Tased, cuffed and held for hours; ask yourself how you would feel. They over stepped their use of a Taser. It needs to be taken away from the female agent and the male agent needs a good anger management class. They should be better than that! He could have left her standing where she was, as obnoxious as she was, or just let her go with her car. Where do you draw the line between legal and illegal search?
