I have to wonder just where are the cops in Canton? They get paid a great salary, for what? The street I live on has people who park any which way in front of houses they are visiting, time and time again, most always the wrong way and yet they get away with it. Because they are university people perhaps? I think so. Where are the cops with the yahoos on Miner Street who think it is a speed way and get away with driving 50 miles and hour down the street? This is a real problem, especially from West Street to Main Street. You take your life in your hands just trying to cross the street. Wake up local cops and start doing your jobs. It is not our job to patrol the streets and make the calls to you when this occurs, it is your job to notice and stop it. You have been made aware time and time again of the speed on Miner Street and yet you do nothing. No patrols, nothing. Sit near West and Pine and see what I mean, year-round, not just the students. Do your job, you are not over worked!
