How is it that there is no service set to help non-custodial parents when the custodial parent decides not to “allow” the court ordered visits? Everyone says “file a violation” and then tell you that could take more than two months. So, you don’t get to see your child for two months, no big deal. A slap on the wrist and everyone goes home, so it can happen again in a few months. How does that feel for the child, whose parent is taken out of his life without warning? If someone takes the law into their own hands, and takes their kid, that’s harassment, kidnapping, you’re a bad person. What about the parent who is selfish and cares nothing for their child’s rights?
