I am so glad Massena has decided to go with the old fashioned signs for the village...the electronic sign alternatives are not only ugly they are not ecologically progressive, especially when it comes to light pollution, an upcoming issue all over the country, we are just so behind we don’t follow it yet. I am really glad Massena for once, voted for something that makes sense. Now, if they could just get rid of those pesky streetlights Tucson, Az. doesn’t have them and many communities are getting rid of them for the beauty and awe of the night-time sky.
