My thoughts on the toilet are: what are we to believe when kids are drunk staggering home up Pierrepont Avenue and decide to belly up to those urinals on the bright pink trees at 2 a.m.? It doesn't make them art; it makes them a free public urinal close to the sidewalk. We've seen it happen time and time again on Market Street. That's why he's put everything attached to a post now. Come on village, it's not art when everyone relieves ones self in it!
