Upset about Cuomo's casino deal with Mohawks

I can't believe the state of New York re-negotiated the casino gaming compact with the Mohawks. Under the new deal, the Mohawks will do nothing more than what they should have done all along under the original agreement. But the State decided to sweeten the deal by allowing the Mohawks to re-litigate old land claims and worst of all, give them exclusive rights to operate casinos in an eight-county region of upstate New York. Do the State officials realize the result of their actions creates an illegal monopoly? I guess Gov. Cuomo and his legal henchmen skipped class the day they taught anti-trust law at law school. Instead of re-negotiating the compact, the state should have shut down the casino until the Mohawks paid what they owed. What's the States next move? Selling Manhattan back to the Indians for less than we paid for it originally?
