For the last few weeks as I am traveling from my home to work, I have noticed a safety violation of a gross nature. I have no problem with the Amish buggies on the road or the Amish community. They have brought our broken down farms to very prosperous farms. I only am concerned for the motorists that encounter them with a big black sports umbrella obstructing their view of where they are driving their buggies. They are holding the umbrella in front of their faces between the horses and their view of the road. How can they see where they are going? If we have an object hanging from our mirrors (i.e. handicap tag) or a GPS we may possibly get a ticket. Why are they not corrected?
