After reading the numerous negative comments regarding Time Warner rates (NorthCountryNow.com survey, Nov. 28-Dec. 5), I can only hope the employees/executives of this cable/internet/phone provider paid attention. Competition is coming and they will lose customers fast and furiously. Verizon now offers a reasonably priced bundle. I fear the only thing keeping customers tied to Time Warner is their monopoly on local (WWNY and YNN) news; which by the way, is available on the computer, namely through North Country Now. Satellite leaves much to be desired, but they too will improve service if customers demand it. I could recommend numerous ways for all to improve service, but hope they will figure it out.
