Ogdensburg has a major problem with taxicabs. I am disabled and use a wheelchair. Whenever I call for a taxi, they either forget I called, or it takes them an hour or two to pick me up. Most days they are either closed or my call goes to voicemail. On Sundays there are no taxicabs open. The City of Ogdensburg needs to put their foot down on them.
