It is pathetic to think that Judge Richards would let alleged sex offender/murderer (Dustin J. Trimm) out on bail! Obviously money needs to be made up somewhere after the Oxley trial. So why not let another one walk free? Just pay the bail of $250,000. Dustin has walked free for over 1 1/2 years, acting like nothing has even happened, and now is loose again in public. If this were a member of Judge Richards’ family or a friend of his family that was murdered, there would have been no bail set. When it’s time for re-election, there will be no votes from this family! I feel bad for the Wing family, and the Stratton family. They have lost a loved one to a gross act. Where in the heck is justice being served in this case?
