Are you kidding me? How come as a tax payer of the county I wasn’t afforded the opportunity to vote on whether we should waste more of our tax dollars on another bite at the apple as is being given to plea bargain “Nicky” Duve to prosecute Oxley again? What a waste of our tax dollars, 400K and climbing. Her case is all circumstantial -- she even admits it. What’s her record? Not very good. I don’t get a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing she’s trying again. Are we to believe she can find anyone for a jury pool who hasn’t heard of this fiasco? I doubt it unless they’ve been living under a rock. I feel for the Trickeys, but let’s move on!
