I’m hoping someone can answer a question that has been bothering me. Why is St. Mary’s Church in Potsdam able to use the area next to our loved ones plots, for a dumping ground? I thought the cemetery needed to be cleaned up of tacky items and personal mementos but yet, the committee is saying it’s ok to dump and bury trash near this sacred ground. Many items from the Catholic school have been buried there along with many items that were not claimed from the clean up. So, if someone could answer this question, I would really appreciate it.
