On myI drive each day there are trailers parked in the sidewalk with kids running out in the road from between them. I almost hit a child running across the road to the park. The grownups were sitting under the canopy not watching the children. They raised my assessment, but don’t do anything to other landowners. Shouldn’t something be done before an accident happens? What about fire protection?
