What is Robar's problem that he feels a need to make trash bins in his plots of land? It is a rich guy thinking he is able to do and get anything he wants because he has a lot of money. They already made a huge mistake with the store at the junction of the bypass and Market. The only entrance is on Market and it is a mess trying to get in and out of that location. What was so wrong with having the donut shop on Maple? Much of the section from Fall Island towards Clarkson is empty. A more beneficial use of the parcels would be a community garden with vegetables and flowers. Then it could be used to feed people in need. Of course that does not make any sense in Robar's mind. No he can not do stuff to benefit people. If Robar can not think of a better use the the vacant lots, then he should give them away. Another important point that seems to have been overlooked is used toilets pose a public health risk. The Health Department needs to step up and be made aware of what has been going on for some time now. I watched the trash go in on the Pierrepont lot and thought it was idiotic and weird to say the least. Why on earth is there a need to chain the toilets to the posts; they have no value and should definately not be used for anything.
