I think it is a very sad state when our country cannot provide our vets with the proper transportation they need. They sacrifice their lives to give our country freedom and in return, they should at least have proper medical care including their transportation. Taxpayers have to pay taxes to provide transportation for so many others. Maybe our government should come up with a program to help our disabled veterans. Government seems to be able to help many other walks of life but the people who have contributed to our freedom seem to get left behind. Our system needs some serious revamping.
