As Potsdam Central School gets ready to hire a new superintendent, I hope the Board of Education will as in the past include the parents, teachers and staff in the decision making process. These groups have a vested interest in hearing from the candidates about their vision for the future of the school district and have an opportunity to ask questions. I think it would be an insult to the hard work done by Mr. Brady not to include these groups since he was a consensus builder who proved that he could not only work well with any group but could include them in the decision making process.
