I don’t know about everyone in Canton but several of my co-workers and friends have discussed this issue. But I am very upset to see that SUNY Canton got so money-hungry that they kept accepting admissions, making it impossible for local community members to live their lives without frustration and irritation. For one, I know several community individuals looking for apartments....But no! The overpopulation that SUNY Canton has brought to our small town has taken our rentals and have done nothing but cause bad traffic backups as well as the kids driving without responsibility. So when does the community who is supposed to benefit from the local colleges, benefit? Yes, SUNY Canton, let the kangaroos make the locals homeless, their families unable to visit due to lack of hotel space...should I go on?
