Got a cute little puppy? Do not leave it outside, tied up, no water, no shelter, no attention. Don’t even get the poor thing if that is your intention. I have seen it one too many times this summer, and I am fed up. That metal tie it’s on? It runs around in circles because it is losing its little mind and it is going to get its neck caught. For goodness sake people if you don’t want the animal in the home don’t get it in the first place.
