St. Lawrence County doesn't need lobbyist

Let me get this straight. St. Lawrence County is in such dire fiscal straits that the legislators laid off 30-plus public health workers, but can afford to pay a trails coordinator, whose main job seems to be to make it easier for folks to bomb around in big, noisy, polluting toys, and a lobbyist in Albany. A lobbyist? The argument is that those two positions will generate revenue and good public relations is dubious predictions at best. Apparently, healthy people don’t have much value.
