Are you kidding? Why should tenants who pay rent, live in this community not be allowed to put out stuff for junk day? Maybe the village should make junk pickup later in May so hopefully the rain is not a factor, which makes the items heavier and costs more. You also could also allow residents who are able to take their own trash, which would save on labor.
