I am so sick of people whining about smokers. Yes I am a smoker. Would I enter your home and smoke there if you didn't approve? No. But I can smoke in my apartment. Smokers have been banned from restaurants, bars, workplaces and now you want them to be banned from their own apartments? I understand smoking bothers some people but if you don't like it then put something down in front of your door to keep the smoke from coming in to your apartment. We are sick of being told we can't smoke here or there. We should be able to smoke in our own homes. It is not fun to smoke outside in the freezing cold. Almost all of us will acknowledge that smoking is bad for your health but it is addicting! I for one am so addicted that it is sad. However I want the nonsmokers to leave me alone. Pick on the drunks, thieves, abusers and give us some peace. Even when we are outside people throw dirty looks and stick their noses in the air. Really? We are outside it shouldn't affect you out there.
