In reference to the WWNY article : I wonder how someone can abuse an animal. Gets arrested. Has a court date in front of a jury. The jury hears all that went on and how the poor animal was found and how he his appearance and condition was in that ditch…and then later had to be put to sleep cause of the neglect and she gets a non-guilty verdict. That makes me so mad! And someone else finds some dogs drowned in a cage on Easter morning. And if that person is found and goes to court, what will the verdict be? Not Guilty? It’s a felony! They are supposed to go to jail. Enough of this slap on the wrist stuff. Jail!
