As the 2018- 2019 winter season approaches the citizens of Ogdensburg need to take action into keeping the sidewalks clear for those who use them like people who use a power chair, walker, wheelchair, and those who walk on the sidewalks like postal workers. Drivers should be on alert when the sidewalks start to become icy, and snow covered and when people have to use the road when going anywhere. If I get struck by a vehicle because sidewalks are not kept clear of snow and ice, I will not hold the driver responsible. I will hold the City of Ogdensburg responsible for not doing their job. There will be a lawsuit filed if that happens.
