This afternoon, after a long day at work, I went to MVP Sports in Potsdam in search of some new sneakers. I have a very hard time finding shoes I can wear since a surgery on my ankle. I was greeted by the owner who listened while I explained my dilemma. I told her that sometimes I have to try on a lot of shoes, only to go home empty-handed. Her reply? "We have some time, we don't close until 5. Maybe we will find you something today." She was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, pulling at least 30 pairs of shoes for me to try. She was never pushy and because of her willingness to help, I did find a pair of sneakers! I love good service. The price was better than what I was expecting. I will shop there again. Thank you, MVP!
