I am concerned about the impact that UN sanctions are having on the people of Iran. Why can’t the United States and other UN members give the people of Iran the freedom to live their lives peacefully without our interference? I understand that there are some terrible people in Hezbollah that probably have supported terrorism, but in my opinion the average Iranian citizen has been hurt by UN sanctions, is seeking a peaceful resolution, and wants to be a good world citizen. My view is not popular, but I think it is correct.
