I was in a taxicab recently at the corner of Ford and State streets. The traffic lights were red on all three sides due to the walk signal was clearing when an Ogdensburg City Police vehicle went through the red light without having his emergency lights on or siren sounding. What rights do they have doing it when if they see anyone else doing it, they pull them over and giving them a ticket?
