While my sweetheart and I where sitting down at a local restaurant enjoying each other’s company on a night out, some incredibly rude apparently “important person” was sitting across the room talking on his cell phone loud enough for all to hear. What a proud moment that must have been for him to show just how important it was to be him. I, like the rest of the place, hope that he did remember to get his Depends on the way home! I think that cell phone use should be banned in restaurants (unless it is an emergency of course). I truly wish that people would remember basic manners when it comes to public cell use, if you just have to talk or spend all your time texting someone other than who you are already with, or that all important post on Facebook.
