Of all the state roads leading into Potsdam, Route 345 from Madrid is the worst. I hope that the village has allowed enough money to fix the mess they have in the section of road between Lower Pine Street and the village limit on Route 345. The paving “job” they did last fall is a joke and it is worse now with the fluctuating weather. Enough is enough. All the other state roads in to town are in pretty good shape and maintained well. Not sure why this particular section is constantly so bad.
