So a driver travels 1,530 miles from Florida and complains about the last 60 miles of their trip because they had to slow down or dangerously try and pass others.

This is just ridiculous. I drove to the Syracuse airport last week from Canton and it only took 2 hours and 15 minutes.

That included two brief stops and a short “detour” around Pulaski. Route 11 could certainly use some upgrading (turn lanes would be a good added feature) but serves just fine.

When traveling South, you need only travel Route 11 for about an hour and then you are on Interstate 81.

This idea that a four-lane interstate is needed here is about as smart an idea as the moon colony proposed by Newt Gingrich.
