Does anybody else feel the way I do about the condition of the Back Hannawa Road (County Route 59)? It starts at Bayside Cemetery and goes all the way to State Highway 56. The road is a disaster. If it isn’t paved soon there are going to be car accidents. People zigzag to avoid potholes and bumps. There are no shoulders either, which can also be a danger.
