I am not one to write in to a newspaper, but I am extremely concerned about the rising electric bills. I am a faithful customer and have never been late with even one bill, and the rates this past month skyrocketed. I have heard this has happened to many, and that rates have increased with National Grid. Due to not having many options for electric, I am really starting to believe National Grid is monopolizing electricity and rates will continue to climb. I have also complained to National Grid through the contact section of their website, but my question is, when will the rates stop rising? What can we do about this? Are others as frustrated as myself?
