I don’t feel that the building permits should be capped at $800. Instead of the cost of $8/thousand reduce it to maybe half that to $4/thousand. Is the reason they want to change it now is because one of the trustees is a friend of who is building the $1.2 million home. If they can afford $1.2 million on a house they can pay for the building permits that are necessary for his project. Again, who benefits from this new proposal but the rich. They always seem to prevail and the poor pay more and get poorer when the rich get richer and pay less. This should not be permitted!
