If you own a dog, please be a responsible dog owner. It seems that many dogs are roaming freely in the roads, and whatever your reasoning is to not keep your dog safe, please think of drivers who are dog lovers themselves and how horrible it would be to hit someone's beloved pet by accident. Also, if you have a dog in an off-leash area, be aware that you will encounter other dogs. If your dog is aggressive or prone to charge at other dogs or people, please leash your dog out of safety and courtesy for other dogs and their owners. Just because someone is a dog owner, doesn't mean that they feel comfortable around all dogs.
