For months we’ve been told the county finances are in poor condition and we may be faced with borrowing more money to keep functioning. Now, all of a sudden one of our legislators tells us this is not true. This legislator was appointed, not elected and he has only served in office for a short time. Now he wants us to believe “the Republicans” want us to believe we’re broke but he and “many other “Democrats” think it’s not true! My personal opinion is this is a person looking to continue the divide between parties rather than work for us. More importantly, it seems he is just trying to get his name out in the media just to win votes.
