Public employees are not public servants. Their wage scale, retirement benefits and free healthcare, including free healthcare in retirement; far exceed the wages and benefits of the people employed in the private sector who are required to pay for these tax supported benefits. Public employees need reality orientation. An example: the problem in our schools is not the amount of money spent/student; it is the amount of money spent on unrealistic wages and benefits.
