In response to “Resident Says Supervisor was Disrespectful” which ran in the Oct. 21-27 issue of North Country This Week: Wow, that was nothing but a bunch of back-pedaling. Town Supervisor Joe Gray was caught making condescending comments and then trying to say it was "in jest." Jest my butt! The story is well written and I think indicates a failure on Grey's part to properly carry out his duties. This should result in a public apology on his part and admit his transgression, regardless of what his personal feelings are. When you go to a bank and ask for $100, they are first going to try to hand you a one hundred dollar bill; I've had it happen several times to me. Very disappointing.
