Child Protective Services (CPS) investigations results vary from founded, unfounded and cases leading to the removal of children from their parents and homes. The basis of their investigations stem from anonymous tips and complaints. Who are the real victims? The children. Who are being questioned about information? Innocent children should not be subjected to this. Should CPS require the person making the complaint to be revealed to prevent false investigations and mental harm caused to children involved?
