It's tragic that I the past couple of days I read that two children have been seriously hurt in ATV accidents. Neither of the children were wearing helmets. It clearly states on these machines, do not operate if under 16 and always wear helmet. How sad people won't follow simple rules. I saw a person with a 2 or 3 year-old riding down the road with no helmets on either of them. That is how it is learned and how children believe they are invincible. On the other side of the machines there are usually a decal, that state they have a high roll over risk if not operated correctly. Children and ATV's are like oil and water they don't mix!
