When I call a doctor’s office I expect the phone to be answered or at the very least to have my phone call returned that day or the very next business day. I called four days ago and the answering machine stated that they were open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I left a message with my phone number and I’m still waiting. It’s very frustrating to us waiting for a simple answer to a simple question.
