Here is my problem. I asked a fire department, two years in a row, to deliver water for my pool. For two years in a row they gave me the run around. I have always been willing to pay for the delivery of the water. Yet, for two years another resident on the same road was given water for their pool. I really don’t see the fairness in this. Does this mean that if their house (God can only hope it won’t happen) cathes on fire, this fire department will save their home and let mine burn? I have had to pay over $200 a year for water. While, the other resident pays one-third of the amount.
