I called the village of Potsdam this week to complain about potholes. I was told lower Waverly was being paved at the end of September. Today the village is marking crosswalks. At the corner of Waverly and Pleasant, they are marking over potholes, and right before paving. Isn’t it a waste of time and money? The code enforcement officer is sending notices of non-compliance, yet what about village.
