In response to Sheriff Kevin Wells declaring opposition to Gov. Cuomo’s legal weed push: This is why this state will never get out of debt. Law enforcement is "pushing through drug recognition specialists", to prepare for the legalization of marijuana; as if there isn’t already marijuana here. It’s been here. Quite frankly, if you need a specialist to tell if someone is under the influence or not, chances are they can pass a field sobriety test which proves impairment. I wonder if any of these law enforcement officers ever drink alcohol?
