During the past week I’ve read news reports concerning both the fatal accident (Feb. of 2016) involving a Border Patrol officer and a car accident involving a state trooper (March of 2016). No real information concerning these accidents has been publicly shared. “Ongoing investigations and reports from the Collision Reconstruction Unit take time.” Unfortunately I do not buy this bull and I’m sure that my feelings are shared by many others. Somehow I get the impression that these publicly paid officials are getting treated a bit different than the average Joe Q. Public. Does anyone wonder why most people do not trust police? Once these incidents are solved and possible charges are made, the process will be in the hands of Judge Richards and DA Rain. How does that make you feel?
