Recently there was a lot of talk about pit bulls running free in Norfolk. Well today I had a pit bull running around my front yard. I called 911 and was transferred to the state troopers who gave me a number to call for the dog catcher and got an answering machine. It has been 8 hours and still no one. Funny how sometimes words are meaningless; like we need to take care of dogs running free. So it sounds to me like a lot of babble. Thank you to the local authorities for such a fast response.
